What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Our yacht charters are staffed by experienced crew and come with safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Each service type has its own inclusions — for instance, sunset trips offer premium non-alcoholic drinks and light food options, and business charters come with meeting facilities and tailored business dining experiences.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest booking at least 2–3 weeks before your planned date, or even earlier from May to September. For business functions or private parties, arranging your charter 4–6 weeks in advance is advisable for better selection and customization time.
What is the protocol for adverse weather conditions?
Maintaining safety is our foremost concern. Should our captain judge the weather to be unsafe, we'll propose a new date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We closely monitor weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your departure if uncertain conditions are predicted.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, feel free to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages aboard. We can also provide exceptional catering services tailored to your tastes. Note that for safety concerns, we do not permit glass containers onboard.
Are your yachts equipped to accommodate guests with physical disabilities?
We aim to be inclusive for all guests. While some of our vessels are more accessible than others, please reach out to discuss any particular necessities, and we will recommend an appropriate yacht and make the necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice before departure are refunded in full. Those cancelled between 24 and 72 hours before departure qualify for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours beforehand are non-refundable, except in cases of inclement weather conditions or mechanical failures on our part.
